Michael was our service tech for an emergency call with an STR refrigerator that had frozen up at our condo & guests due to arrive in 4 hours. Michael went above and beyond to correct the problem (for the short term) - he got us out of a tight spot until a replacement refrigerator is sourced. Will keep MARCs on our vendor list for certain! Thanks again, Michael!

Exceptional, thoughtful, caring, above and beyond customer service and support! Mike is tenacious and does his best to figure out solutions to uncommon problems that even the appliance manufacturer has not addressed yet. In my case, the water fill tube over the ice cube tray was spattering water when refilling, creating icicles, ice dams (that had earlier caused breakage to/failure of, my original ice maker) and fused ice cubes in the ice bin. Reducing incoming water pressure did not fix the problem. So Mike self-engineered a water fill tube extension piece, which directed the incoming water better into the ice cube tray. NO MORE SPLASHING! PROBLEM SOLVED!  Thank you, Manny's Appliance!!
