MARCS technicians tried repairing my Samsung washer during three separate visits. They replaced several components but were unable to fix the washer. The last remaining component needed was no longer manufactured by Samsung. So, the washer could not be fixed. MARCS only charged for the initial diagnostic visit and did not charge for the components they replaced in trying to repair the washer. They honored their policy of not charging if they could not repair the appliance. I will definitely use MARCS again in the future for any appliance repair needs.

Chris, our service tech was on time, professional, and a nice man. He showed me the reasons I was having issues with my three appliances. He took his time and I felt good about the information he gave me. I'll definitely use M.A.R.C.S. again.

Chris (our technician) was very punctual and polite. Took care of our fridge problem quickly and efficiently. He was super patient with letting me also clean as he worked on the problem as well as with my screaming children. Thank you again Chris!

Chris, M.A.R.C.S. technician was punctual, arrived at the designated, arranged time, and was very professional and kind, despite my 2 barking dog’sChris answered all of my questions & I’m grateful he had time to come today and diagnose the issues with my dishwasher. THANKS AGAIN CHRIS!
